Where do I go to apply for LiHEAP and/or Weatherization Services?

There are 18 Community Action Agencies (CAA) throughout the state that have offices in each of Iowa's 99 counties. You will need to contact the local CAA county office (application site) regarding application for Weatherization Program services.

Note: If you are currently eligible for the LIHEAP (Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance) Program, you are automatically eligible for weatherization services.
